Christmas Linocut Printing
Join us for a workshop learning how to make your own linocut print and how to use this to create your very own Christmas cards, wrapping paper, tags and more!
Learn the technique of linocut printmaking with a Christmas theme! You’ll learn how to carve your designs into a lino block, then print using water-based inks onto a variety of papers. Make cards, tags, place cards, even wrapping paper! The best part is, your lino blocks are yours to keep and use again and again at home.
This workshop will be inside, and all materials and tools will be provided.
Christmas Willow Wreath Weaving
With a big push being made for more sustainable living, this workshop will allow you to make a natural, beautiful wreath frame which can be used again and again!
You will learn about different varieties of willow, how to harvest and prepare willow for weaving and go on to make your own wreath frame. You will then have free rein to select what you want to decorate with from our wide range of foliages, berries, seedheads, feathers and more, the majority of which is grown and gathered onsite. You’ll of course get to take your beautiful creation home with you!
Our willow weaving workshop is led by Billy – our horticultural expert.
Christmas Moss Wreath Making
Perfect for adding some natural beauty to your Christmas!
You’ll learn how to fill your wire frame with moss and attach the different types of materials, then select what you want to decorate with from our wide range of foliages, berries, seedheads, feathers and more, the majority of which is grown and gathered onsite.
You’ll of course get to take your beautiful creation home with you!
All the materials are included, and throughout the workshop you will be taken through the design and creation process by Billy, our resident horticultural hero.
